Whether it’s a commercial fit-out or a multi-stage construction job, we rely on skilled tradespeople who can get stuck in, solve problems on the go and take ownership of their work.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a capable and experienced Electrician with strong commercial and construction experience. You’ll take ownership of your projects, oversee site operations, manage materials and help lead a team to deliver fit-outs and builds safely and professionally.

Typically, Your Days Will Include:
• Leading small teams on commercial construction and fit-out projects
• Reading and interpreting plans, specifications and site requirements
• Coordinating day-to-day tasks and ensuring work stays on schedule
• Liaising with site managers, builders and clients
• Managing materials, tools and ordering through suppliers
• Ensuring safety and compliance are maintained at all times
• Mentoring apprentices and supporting less experienced team members
• Keeping detailed job records and reporting progress to the office team

What We’re Looking For:
• Fully qualified electrician with a current QLD licence
• Strong experience in commercial construction and fit-out environments
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team on-site
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
• A strong focus on safety, efficiency and quality
• White Card and current driver’s licence
• CPR/LVR and other relevant tickets are a bonus
