Role description

This is ND&Co’s Graduate Program, successfully running for the past 7 years and we have attracted and retained numerous candidates, who have progressed through the organisation, and some have progressed into other positions, on as well as offshore to expand their careers and their personal goals and objectives. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop skills in the business and technology arena including:

• Platform maintenance, diagnostics, and security
• Account management and customer engagement
• Project Management/Scrum Mastering Agile methodologies
• Business and process analysis
• Solution scope, design, build and configuration, and systems integrations in the BAU state
• Testing and Quality Assurance of delivered solutions
• Technical and process documentation and user guides for organisational change management
• Technology migration, applications, networks and infrastructure

You will work across the Platform Engineering, Technical Consultant, and Project Delivery teams within ND&Co.

Skills you will need

We are looking for recent graduates with tertiary education, minimum bachelor's degree, ideally with a business and technology focus, completed in the last year.

You will have the below technical skills:

• Understand broad concepts of Generative AI and its application
• Coding in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar
• DevOps & CI/CD processes and technologies
• Familiarity of web development stacks and platforms
• Understanding of project management principles and project lifecycles
• Understanding software development processes
• Exposure in using data analytics tools for reporting as well as machine learning

You will have the below non-technical skills:

• Self-motivated with a Whatever-It-Takes attitude
• An eye for detail delivering with quality and excellence
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
