Fullstack Engineers (Frontend & Backend Leaning) – 12 Month Contracts

We’re hiring two Fullstack Engineers to join a newly formed digital squad within business banking at one of Australia's Big 4 banks. These are 12 month initial contracts with long-term scope (3–5 years), building a greenfield CRM platform that will unify 115 legacy tools into a single interface for bankers and their customers.

• Frontend Leaning Fullstack Engineer
• Backend Leaning Fullstack Engineer

You’ll collaborate closely with both Sydney and offshore (India based) teams.

What You’ll Need:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands on expertise with .NET, Next.js, React, and AWS
• Exposure to AI-enhanced development tools is a bonus
• Proven experience in banking or large, complex corporate environments
• Strong process discipline and risk-aware mindset

• 1 x technical interview (up to 1 hour)
• ASAP start preferred, 4 week notice period is fine for the right person
