About the role

Draintech Melbourne is seeking a skilled and experienced Drain Reliner/Drainer to join our growing team in Spotswood, Victoria. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and repair of drainage systems across the local area. As a Drain Reliner/Drainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality drainage solutions to our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

Inspect, assess and diagnose drainage issues using advanced technology

Implement drain relining procedures to repair damaged or blocked drainage pipes

Unblock and clear drains using high pressure water jet equipment

Provide advice and guidance to clients on the best drainage solutions for their needs

Maintain a high level of workmanship and customer service at all times

Ensure work is completed in compliance with relevant plumbing regulations and safety standards

Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and best practices

What we're looking for

Qualified plumber/drainer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in drain relining and drainage maintenance

Excellent practical and technical skills in drain inspection, relining and unblocking

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach

Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
