About the role

Drain Surgery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Drain Cleaning/CCTV Operator to join our team in Carrum Downs, VIC. As a full-time member of our Trades & Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving drainage systems for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment and CCTV cameras to identify and clear blockages in drains, sewers and pipes

Perform regular maintenance and inspections of drainage systems using specialist equipment

Provide detailed reports on the condition of drainage infrastructure and recommend appropriate remedial actions

Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and work collaboratively with the wider team to resolve issues

Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a drain cleaning or CCTV operator, preferably within the Trades & Services industry

Strong technical skills in the use of high-pressure water jetting equipment, CCTV cameras and other drainage maintenance tools

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex drainage issues

A valid driver's licence and the ability to work outside in various weather conditions

A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce accurate, comprehensive reports

A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management
