Maintain and update learning content in our LMS (we’re rolling out ELMO)
Gather feedback and data to iterate and improve learning experiences
Manage documentation, quality control, and timelines across projects
About You
You’re a detail-oriented learning designer who loves making information accessible and impactful. You thrive in environments where you can build from the ground up and shape the learning experience in a way that genuinely helps people succeed.
You’ll bring:
A degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years' experience designing training in a service-led or regulated environment
A strong portfolio of digital learning content and e-learning modules
Confidence using authoring tools and LMS platforms (experience with ELMO a plus)
Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design frameworks
Strong written communication and content development skills
Excellent project management and organisational abilities
A proactive mindset and genuine passion for helping others learn and grow
Experience in telecommunications, customer service, or other regulated industries will be highly regarded.
