Are you passionate about whisky, and creating memorable experiences for our guests?

We're looking for friendly, confident and whisky loving individuals to join our Cellar door team and help us showcase our whisky's and gins and share our story to visitors from near and far.

About the role -

At the cellar door you'll be the face of our distillery - welcoming guests, leading tastings, sharing our whisky journey, and helping customers find the perfect bottle to take home.

No two days are the same and you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences.

Key responsibilities -

Deliver engaging whisky & gin tastings and sharing our story with enthusiasm.

Provide exceptional customer service in a warm, relaxed enviroment.

Operate point of sale system and handle whisky sales.

Maintain presentation of cellar door area.

Assist with whisky club sign ups and attend off site events where needed.

We're looking for -

A passion for whisky & gin, hospitality and storytelling.

Excellent communication and people skills

Ability to work weekends and public holidays.

RSA Certificate ( or willingness to obtain ) .

Previous hospitality, retail, or whisky experience is a bonus - but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
