TDLC is a third-party provider of warehouse and distribution services to the entertainment and book publishing industry. Based in the outer west of Sydney, we operate from a modern facility with easy access to major motorways.

The Role

Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for keeping our site clean, we have three office spaces, a board room, large warehouse attached and employ approximately 75 people. We plan for the role to be approximately 3 hours cleaning the office area and 4.6 hours cleaning the warehouse area.

Key responsibilities include:

Keeping two kitchens / lunchrooms up to an established cleaning standard.

Maintaining the cleanliness of three bathroom areas comprising of 12 stalls and 3 urinals in total.

Ensuring the office areas are clean and professional in appearance - dusting, vacuuming, cleaning windows, emptying rubbish, load/unload the dishwasher, clean/maintain the coffee machine and maintaining supplies (eg paper towel)

Warehouse cleaning duties include transporting flat pack cardboard to the compactor, dusting, emptying rubbish bins and picking up rubbish (plastic, paper, packing materials). You will also need to ensure water levels are maintained for the water bubblers.

Car park cleaning and sweeping along with cleaning the outdoor break area.

Skills and Experience:

Must have a minimum of 2 years cleaning experience either office or warehouse.

Must have your own transport.

Ability to work with minimal supervision once trained.

Must be reliable and be prepared to keep moving for the duration of your shift as you need to keep the kitchens, bathrooms and warehouse clean.

Must have a good attitude and be prepared to communicate across all levels of our friendly team (warehouse, office, employees and management)
