About the role

Action Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Cooks Hill, NSW. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time or Part-time position, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

Assessing and diagnosing patients' physical conditions and impairments, with use of medical devices that can accurately measure and record objective measures. Incorporating Spinal rehabilitation devices GetBack and VALD technology.

Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals

Providing hands-on physiotherapy treatments such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and the use of 6 spinal medical devices to help with rehabilitation which is linked to further research in back pain rehabilitation.

Educating patients on their condition and empowering them to manage their own health

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care

Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records in line with professional standards

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our physiotherapy services

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree or master's degree in Physiotherapy

Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a private practice or outpatient clinic setting

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

A genuine passion for helping people improve their physical health and quality of life

A commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development
