Experienced & motivated sign installer wanted.

This is a hands-on role where you will be on site working as part of our installation team.

We are a signage company based in the western suburbs of Melbourne. We are looking for an experienced, motivated sign installer to join our growing team.

Due to growth, we are currently looking for experienced Sign Installers to join our Melbourne team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on role where you will be on site working as part of our installation team, with the responsibility of installing signage from Pylon Signs, to cladding works & vinyl for our national clients.

The successful candidate must:

Have previous Sign/Building installation experience, work in the Petroleum industry is a bonus

Have trade experience working in strict HSSE environments

· Experience liaising with site managers, trades, and team leads

· Be able to work both independently and in a team across metro and regional sites

· Use hand & power tools, operate access equipment and installation methods with accuracy

· Be reliable and motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic with initiative and an eye for detail

· Ensure all HSSE paperwork and administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurately manner.

· Be able to work with the factory team when not working on installations onsite

· Complete the highest quality workmanship, so that the product is installed correctly as per job details provided and to maintain costs within job budgets

Have the ability to think outside the square

Have a current full driver's license

You must have:

· Minimum 2 years’ signage installation experience

· White Card (Construction Induction),

· Trade-based background

· Access equipment tickets. (EWP)

· Additional but not necessary: WPCG Certification, First Aid, Gas testing ticket other High Risk Work Licenses or other relevant licenses.

Standard hours of work are Monday to Friday from 7.30am-4.00 pm. Overtime and weekend work is required at times to complete the job.

You will be expected to travel & stay away when required (both within Victoria and Interstate).
