Welcome to Port Stephens, part of the greater Hunter region of NSW.

We are a well-established, private owned GP and Skin Cancer Practice operating in Port Stephens (DPA MM4). As a leading provider, our team of 8 GP's and Skin Doctors are experienced in all aspects of healthcare and we foster a special interest in women's health, chronic disease management and skin cancer medicine.

Due to an ever-increasing need for services and the immanent retirement of a long serving Practitioner, we are looking for a VR GP (OR GPT 3) to join our team, ideally on a full-time basis (but at least 2-3 days per week).

All our Practitioners have deep ties to the local community and this position will suit someone who is seeking a longer-term opportunity, who is keen to establish a base within the community and call Port Stephens home.

Our Practitioners are all supported by a dedicated team of nurses and we have a range of specialist Physicians visiting the Practice on a regular basis.

To be considered for this position it is essential that:

You hold Vocational Registration with AHPRA as Medical Practitioner (FRACGP / FACRRM) and reside in Australia or be on a Specialist Pathway or be at the end stage of GP training.

You hold Specialist Registration from a recognised overseas College (ie MRCGP, FRNZCGP).

You be looking for a longer-term opportunity and being part of the local community.
