About the role

Dependable Care DRPS is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Epping, Victoria. This full-time role will involve providing high-quality occupational therapy services to our diverse client base, helping them regain and maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, goals and functional abilities

Developing and implementing individualised rehabilitation programs to address clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs

Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care

Providing education and training to clients, families, and carers to promote self-management and independence

Documenting client progress and maintaining detailed clinical records

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our occupational therapy services

What we're looking for

A degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Demonstrated experience in providing occupational therapy services, ideally in a community or rehabilitation setting

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with a focus on client-centred practice

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Proficiency in using relevant documentation and reporting systems

A passion for helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life
