The Opportunity

Reporting to the Finance Manager of this diversified real estate group, this role offers an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team within an ASX-listed company known for its flexibility, strong culture, and proven commitment to developing its people.

This is a value-add role where you will use your accounting knowledge to help drive operations;

• Review of project cost allocations
• Business partnering with perspective stake-holders to assist with financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Assist in preparation of quarterly review
• Updating and reconciliation of feasibility models & workflow
• Assist development team in any ad-hoc finance requirements
• Preparation of forecast analysis
• Contribute to the preparation and verification of investor information
• Participate & contribute to meetings and make suggestions for continuous improvement

The Person
The successful candidate will be a qualified CA/CPA with experience within the property development sector, including exposure with feasibilities

My client is seeking someone with a flair for improving processes, and as efficiencies build up this role will also grow increase in value add capacity, partnering with operations
