About the Role:

As a Maintenance Fitter at TWSA, you’ll be on the front line of installation, maintenance, and service delivery. From state-of-the-art equipment installs to solving complex mechanical and electrical issues, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clients’ operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing and servicing mechanical workshop equipment to high industry standards

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues

• Collaborating with a close-knit team to meet client needs and deadlines

• Adapting to new technologies and systems to continually improve our service

What You Bring to the Table:

• Hands-on experience as a Maintenance Fitter (or similar role)

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical fault finding

• Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

• A growth mindset, personal accountability, and a commitment to learning
