🌟 The Role: Agricultural Trainer - Dairy 🌟

As part of our dedicated farm crew, you’ll be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a state-of-the-art dairy facility, playing a key role in the smooth running of the farm, caring for our dairy herd, and contributing to the education of future agricultural professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the milking process using modern, efficient equipment

Manage the health and welfare of our dairy herd, ensuring they receive quality care

Help maintain our farm infrastructure and equipment, ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently

Collaborate with fellow team members to implement best farming practices

Provide guidance and mentorship to students on practical agricultural activities related to the Dairy enterprise.

🔑 What We’re Looking For:

Passion for dairy farming and a genuine interest in agriculture

Previous experience in dairy farming is ideal

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a love for the outdoors

Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

A commitment to excellence in both farm management and student education
