π The Role: Agricultural Trainer - Dairy π
As part of our dedicated farm crew, youβll be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a state-of-the-art dairy facility, playing a key role in the smooth running of the farm, caring for our dairy herd, and contributing to the education of future agricultural professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the milking process using modern, efficient equipment
Manage the health and welfare of our dairy herd, ensuring they receive quality care
Help maintain our farm infrastructure and equipment, ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently
Collaborate with fellow team members to implement best farming practices
Provide guidance and mentorship to students on practical agricultural activities related to the Dairy enterprise.

Passion for dairy farming and a genuine interest in agriculture
Previous experience in dairy farming is ideal
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a love for the outdoors
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

Attractive working hours- 37.5 hours working week + 150 hours commuted overtime per year, paid on top of your salary, generous leave entitlements compared to private industry.
