What You’ll Love About This Role:

Pre-Qualified Appointments Daily
You’ll be scheduled warm, qualified appointments per day, including Saturdays (with the option to work every second Saturday). During peak seasons, earn even more with up to 4 appointments per day.

Competitive Earnings

What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present tailored solar solutions

Follow up with potential clients to close warm leads

Build your own referral network and take advantage of our high-converting referral program

Represent EFS Solar with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for helping customers

What You’ll Need:

Face-to-face sales experience (essential)

Solar sales experience (highly desirable, but not essential)

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Your own laptop and mobile phone

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

A motivated, positive attitude with a hunger to succeed
