Experienced HC driver required for local runs between Brisbane and Northern Rivers. Current forklift licence and moffett experience essential.

JMAC Group is a freight and logistics company based in Tweed Heads. We work with our customers to provide end-to-end freight solutions, both locally and interstate.

We are looking for an experienced HC driver to transport mainly bricks/blocks/sleepers from Brisbane to construction sites on the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Day to day operation of prime mover, flat top trailer and moffett forklift

Daily Prestart checks

Complying with coupling & uncoupling trailers and tug test procedures

Adhering to all relevant OH&S procedures / requirements

Complying with Heavy Vehicle National Law and Regulations

The successful applicant must have:

Unrestricted HC licence with good driving record

Current Forklift licence and moffett experience

Construction white card

Load restraint competancy

A good understanding of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation

A good work ethic and positive attitude

Good customer service and communication skills

Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)

$40 per hour flat rate + super, paid weekly
