OVERALL POSITION OBJECTIVE
As a Senior Manager, prime role is to deliver exceptional services to the business and work on project expansions. Would thrive on challenges in a high paced environment, has a passion to make a positive impact.
In this role,
Lead a team of triage leads & processing team members. Manage, mentor, and support in terms of data management, support capability development framework & assess, manage the development plans for the delivery team. (Team development, Team Individual Knowledge & Individual development)
Understand the business requirements and transfer knowledge into consistent standards & processes.
Constantly review Triage process flow for its effectiveness & improvement to enable maximum through put.
Constantly review & update Asset Catalog Item register & modify the process (as required) to support the visibility / granularity of master data changes.
Review, Develop and embed work instructions/processes aligned with catalog items.
Manage service delivery (SLA’s & non-SLA’s) and quality of the service centre
Monitor KRAs & KPIs to track the performance of the team. Address non-conformance & establish processes to improve and align.
Facilitate escalations and quick resolution of issues
Develop Master Data activity matrix to determine optimum time required per activity and translate into effort estimation for the forward log work.
Data Quality - Develop Quality Checklists for standard master data process to maintain accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity – across BaU & Projects & continuously monitor for amendments as needed.
Workforce planning for the offshore team to optimise the allocation of resources aligned with requirements
Continuously assess and improve master data management processes, identifying opportunities for automation, better tools, and greater efficiency.
Support system migration (Eg: RTTMS to ServiceNow) and upgrades involving master data – coach / mentor Service delivery on new systems
Establish and stabilise core rhythms and routine (tactical, operational)
Leverage analytics tools to extract insights from master data, providing actionable recommendations to improve data-driven decision-making.
Generate and deliver regular reports and dashboards on the status of master data, quality issues, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders regarding master data initiatives, challenges, and successes.
