Work options: Work From Anywhere
We are looking for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support superhero who has a passion for researching and developing others to improve their report writing, formulation and strategy development skills.
We believe in providing services that work and want to ensure our plans are evidence-based but are still practical and appropriate for the participant and the many environments they move within. We aim to help our client’s address their behavioural challenges, achieve their goals and reach their potential. Where restrictive practices are in place the goal is to reduce/eliminate these through skill development, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours. Our plans improve the capacity and confidence of the person’s support system in providing effective and valued support.
In this role you will be:
- Reviewing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Providing training, support and guidance to staff
- Participating in research to assist in building the evidence base for our plans with the view of publication in peer reviewed journals
There is also the opportunity to be involved in the supervision of provisional psychologists (where the candidate has psychology registration), or providing PBS or other allied health services if interested.
These are flexible full-time or part-time roles for the right people, with more than one position available as we continue growing our team.

This resource is in addition to the many Managers and Team Leaders we have on staff!
A few requirements:
