About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at X-Golf Mackay as a Senior Hospitality Staff member. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of our hospitality venue located in Mackay QLD 4740. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving drinks and food, and assisting customers with their needs

Willingness to learn simulator operations and maintenance

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including stocking and restocking supplies as needed

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

Contributing to the overall success of the hospitality venue through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in a hospitality role, preferably within the bar and beverage industry

RSA essential and RMLV highly preferred

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive experience for customers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a motivated a team

Familiarity with relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
