About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical protocols
• Respond to and manage clinical incidents and escalate appropriately
• Work closely with residents, families, and allied health professionals
• Mentor and support care staff to promote best practice and team performance
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold compliance standards
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the facility
• Ensure care is delivered in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who is clinically confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional care. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in residential aged care or a similar healthcare setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build rapport with residents
• Understanding of aged care standards and clinical compliance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
