About the Role
We’re seeking a highly experienced Shade Sail Installer to join us as a subcontractor. You’ll be responsible for completing commercial installations. Most work is located across Sydney and surrounding areas, with some regional travel required but not ongoing.

Project Scope:

Commercial shade sail, structure and umbrella installations (no residential work)

Ability to read plans for set out of Posts

Post installation (cast-in), working to precise levels

Fabric tensioning for a clean, professional finish (must have experience)

Site setup, safety, and clean-up

Auger drilling and footing preparation (desired but not critical)

What You’ll Need:
✅ Proven experience in shade sail installation – this is mandatory
✅ Your own tools, and transport
✅ White Card & Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
✅ Driver’s license
✅ Physically fit and confident working outdoors and at heights
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices

Payment Structure:

Rate is based on experience, $45-50 per hour. Rate can be discussed in more detail for the right candidate with a great level of experience.
