About the role

Our sales team is an integral part of our company's success, and we have the need for a full-time sales person to convert new leads that come from our effective marketing activities, as well as corporate sales and repeat business that come from our large student and referral base. This exciting and busy role will see you deliver sales growth whilst providing and maintaining exceptional service standards. You will be ambitious, possessing the vision and motivation to increase student enrolments and grow your own database through excellent service and ongoing client contact. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will grow and manage a sustainable pipeline of leads and demonstrate the ability to 'close'. In return you will be remunerated via an attractive base salary plus commission.

You will be required to:

Be home based - all training for the role will also will be completed online. We have regular online meetings as well as staff in-person catch ups to ensure we connect with each other on a regular basis

Be a fast learner, and have excellent time management skills

Assist with incoming enquiries from prospective students and corporate clients

Meet high levels of customer service and build relationships with prospective students

Follow up and nurture existing leads provided to you

Keep accurate records in our CRM system

Be technologically competent - experience with Hubspot, Axcelerate and other software programs will be advantageous

Assist with improving sales strategies and reporting

Consistently meet KPIs and set your own goals

Engage with the team and actively participate in training and culture activities

Demonstrate a commitment to company values and positive organisational culture

To be successful in this role:

Ideally you will possess experience in a similar inbound/outbound sales role but more importantly demonstrate a positive, engaging and energetic attitude. Exceptional attention to detail, competent computer skills, negotiation and relationship building skills have defined your successes to date. Your polished verbal and written communication skills will be exemplary as you will be conversing with prospects at all levels. You must be able to understand information quickly and be confident in delivering relevant information to prospective customers.
