The Opportunity

Junction is thrilled to introduce a brand-new role within our Therapeutic Residential Care (TRC) program, Practice Coordinator. We are recruiting two passionate and skilled individuals to help shape this exciting new chapter with us.

As a Practice Coordinator, you will work closely with Area Coordinators and Therapeutic Child and Youth Workers (TYWs) to embed Junction’s trauma-responsive and relational care framework across our residential care houses. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for professionals with strong leadership, mentoring, and emotional intelligence skills. You’ll need a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, the ability to support staff through reflective practice, and a commitment to cultural safety and continuous learning.

If you're passionate about empowering others, building capability, and creating healing environments where young people can thrive, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact from day one.
