About the role

Vital Vibes Healthcare Agency is seeking passionate Personal Care Workers, Food Service Assistants and Cleaners to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This is a casual role, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. You'll be an integral part of our mission to provide exceptional care and support to our aged care residents.

What you'll be doing

Assisting residents with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Serving nutritious and appetizing meals to residents, ensuring their dietary requirements are met

Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment throughout the aged care facility

Supporting the nursing staff and completing tasks as directed

Engaging with residents in social activities and providing companionship

What we're looking for

A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and a commitment to providing high-quality service

Relevant experience in aged care, healthcare, or a similar caregiving role

-PCW : At least 6 months paid experience

-Food service Assistants : At least 6 months paid experience

-Cleaners : 2-6 months paid experience

Willing to Travel around as role requirement

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

A positive, patient, and empathetic approach when interacting with residents

Relevant documentation and certificates : Current PCC , NDIS check , Immunisation and documents as per role requirements
