Chandler Macleod are seeking reliable and efficient warehouse associates to join our team on the afternoon shift working in both Voice Picking, Sortation and Palletising. You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end order fulfillment process, working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

The warehouse is located in Minchinbury and there is ample car parking available onsite.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Voice Picking – Pick-to-Belt Operations
• Use a voice-directed picking system (headset) to receive real-time instructions.
• Navigate aisles and accurately pick items for customer orders.
• Place picked items onto a conveyor belt for packing and shipment.
• Report product or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain productivity targets while ensuring high accuracy and safety.

Sortation and Palletising
• Palletize sorted items by stacking and wrapping them securely for dispatch.
• Ensure correct labeling and order grouping before shipping.
• Assist in the sortation process by organising packages based on route or destination.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas in sortation and palletising zones.
• Follow all manual handling and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a warehouse, pick/pack, or palletising role preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods (up to 8-10 hours).
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using voice picking systems and handling repetitive tasks.
• Available to work PM shifts and rostered across weekdays and weekends.
