About the Role:

As a Pick Packer, your duties will include:

Accurately picking and packing pharmaceutical products

Meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards

Working in a clean, temperature-controlled environment

Following strict protocols and procedures

Your Duties:

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
• Meet KPIs and uphold safety standards
• Voice picking, and RF scanning experience required
• Work in mutlitple warehousing departments, such as PIE/OSR, Pallet Picking, Decant, A-Frame, etc

• Strong communication, time management & attention to detail
• Team player with a customer-first attitude
• Safety first attitude

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous warehouse or pick packing experience (essential)

Own reliable transport - sites not accessible by public transport

A valid Police Check or willingness to obtain one (clean Police Check required)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Availability for an immediate start

Full working rights in Australia (no restricted visa holders)
