We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Leader to manage our Castle Hill concession. About the Role

As Concession Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end performance of a beautifully curated store within a supportive and inspiring brand environment. You'll lead a small, dedicated team to deliver personalised, confidence-boosting service while driving strong commercial results. With a focus on styling and client connection, this is a hands-on leadership role in a values-driven retail business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire your team to consistently deliver exceptional service and a warm, inclusive experience

Provide one-on-one styling advice tailored to each customer, ensuring every individual feels seen, valued, and celebrated

Drive store sales, manage performance, and exceed KPIs through commercial acumen and team development

Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, presentation, and stock management

Build meaningful client relationships and grow a loyal customer base

Ensure smooth daily operations, including rostering and store administration

Champion diversity and inclusivity within your team and customer experience

About You

Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a fashion or styling-led environment

A genuine passion for body-positive and inclusive fashion, with a strong personal sense of style

Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills-able to inspire, mentor, and bring out the best in others

Results-driven, with a strong focus on KPIs, client retention, and store performance

Highly organised with an eye for detail across operations and visual merchandising

Warm, approachable, and confident in delivering styling consultations with impact
