Join a fast-growing team specialising in 12V electrical systems for RVs, 4x4s, and off-grid setups. We’re looking for a full-time installer with a strong work ethic, technical skill, and a passion for quality workmanship.

About the Role

As a 12V Electrical Installer, you’ll be responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of 12V electrical systems. You’ll work across solar setups, lithium battery systems, DC-DC charging, and more — with an emphasis on neat, safe, and reliable installs that meet or exceed industry standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing and testing 12V systems including solar panels, lithium batteries, inverters, and chargers

• Troubleshooting and repairing existing systems

• Ensuring all work is compliant with safety protocols and regulations

• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation

• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients

• Participating in ongoing training to stay current with evolving tech and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in 12V installations — especially in the solar, RV, or off-grid industries

• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, professional finish

• A reliable, self-motivated worker who meets deadlines and respects the customer’s time

• A genuine interest in electrical systems and renewable energy

Bonus if you can confidently wire a lithium battery system and know your way around Victron gear.
