Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during a wide range of dental procedures, ensuring patients are comfortable and all necessary tools are readily available.
• Prepare treatment rooms by setting up instruments and materials needed for dental procedures.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment to the highest standards.
• Manage and update patient records, including documenting treatment plans and maintaining accurate files.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide post-treatment care instructions.
• Monitor and manage dental supplies inventory to ensure the clinic is always well-stocked.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Provide exceptional patient service, addressing any questions or concerns with a friendly and professional attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant is required.
• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with dental software.
