About the Role

Programmed is currently seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join our team in Northern Tasmania. These roles offer full-time casual hours with opportunities for long-term employment and career development.

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations across warehouses and production environments.

Operators with Manufacturing background will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts including counterbalance and/or high-reach machines
• Load and unload materials with accuracy and care
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site requirements
• Assist with general warehouse or yard duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Current and valid LF and/or LO Forklift Licence
• Proven forklift operating experience
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
