Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist who:

Has a passion for disability and mental health

Brings strong family values and a kind, grounded approach

Is open to working with a diverse caseload, including adults and children

Has experience or interest in psychosocial disability, trauma-informed care, and capacity building

Brings additional skills in home mods, assistive tech, physical disability, or paediatrics

Is committed to growing personally and professionally

The Role

This is a blended position across:

Our Osborne Park office

Community-based visits

Telehealth delivery

You will:

Deliver capacity-building therapy in line with individual goals

Complete high-quality NDIS reports (FCA, SIL, SDA, ILO, STA)

Provide support across all life stages

Trial and recommend AT and home modifications

Work closely with our hands-on OT directors

Be part of a collaborative, supportive team

Leadership and mentoring pathways are available.

What You’ll Bring

AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

Experience or interest in psychosocial disability, mental health, and supporting vulnerable people

Experience in disability and home care settings

Bonus skills in paediatrics, assistive technology, home modifications, or physical disability

Strong written and verbal communication

NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and a valid driver's licence (or willingness to obtain)
