About the Role

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking 2 qualified and experienced FIFO Electricians to join our Integrated Facilities Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated tradesperson who enjoys working in remote environments and values a strong safety culture.

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical maintenance services across a remote, small scale site, working on a 2:2 FIFO roster. The infrastructure has a long lifespan, so if a strong work ethic and a passion for safety and service excellence, we want to hear from you!

While the roles are based in Longreach QLD & Laverton WA, we’ll fly you in from any major hub. All flights, meals and accommodation are provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform preventative and reactive electrical maintenance and repairs.

Conduct inspections and fault-finding on electrical systems and equipment.

Collaborate with the Facilities Team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Complete Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and work permits (e.g., Working at Heights).

Use mobile technology to manage and report on work orders.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to minimise service disruptions.

What You’ll Need

A-Grade Electrical Licence

Current manual drivers licence

Working at Height & Confined Space certification is preferred

Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance

You must be an Australian citizen – this is necessary to obtain NV1 security clearance

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills highly preferred

Ability to work remotely and live away from home for extended periods

Strong understanding of WHSSE practices

Comfortable using iPads and apps for documentation
