Salary range:
Permanent rate currently $68 (1st year) to $74/hour (4th year) + superannuation and benefits

As our After-Hours Nurse Manager, you will:
Coordinate all aspects of hospital services outside of standard hours
Manage staffing and patient flow while providing support across departments
Lead with clinical excellence and clear decision-making in a dynamic environment
Act as a key contact and escalation point for patients, families, and staff
What makes a difference for us?
We’re seeking a leader who brings:
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an acute clinical setting
Current ALS qualification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work afternoon and night shifts, including weekends
