Registered Nurse | Aged Care

Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their tea, at a respected aged care facility in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a permanent night shift position, offering stability and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of elderly residents.

Key responsibilities

Provide holistic, evidence-based nursing care to elderly residents

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for each resident

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, and report any changes to the appropriate personnel

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Minimum 2 years' experience in Aged Care nursing or a similar healthcare setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with residents and their families

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Commitment to providing the highest standard of care
