In this full-time role, you’ll collaborate with industry professionals to bring creative visions to life - from concept development through to onsite execution.

What You'll Do:

Work closely with Project Managers during pre-production and onsite delivery

Lead the installation and bump-out of theming elements

Direct and supervise theming crew and contractors on-site

Manage theming stock and materials during events

Assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklift operation included)

Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups as required

What You Bring:

Proven experience in event theming, set design, or visual display

Strong understanding of theming practices and event execution

Creative thinking and a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset

Excellent communication and leadership skills

High energy, reliability, and physical capability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required

Neat, professional presentation and a positive attitude

Valid driver’s license (essential)

Forklift license (preferred – training available)

Experience using Rentman software (desirable)

Truck license (a bonus)
