About the Opportunity

Randstad is proud to be partnering with a leading provider in residential waste management, offering immediate starts for Waste Offsiders based out of Campbelltown, NSW. If you're looking for an active, hands on role in an essential industry, this could be the opportunity for you.

Location: Campbelltown, NSW
Pay Rate: $35.46 per hour + allowances + penalties
Shifts: Monday to Friday | Start times between 4:00 AM - 5:00 AM
Minimum Hours: 7.6 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Collect kerbside residential waste, including general waste, recycling, and green waste
  
  
• Run behind waste trucks and load bins into side or rear loaders
  
  
• Operate bin lifters and compactors safely and efficiently
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure correct use of PPE
  
  
• Communicate respectfully with the public when required
  
  
• Adapt to route changes and support the driver as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in waste collection or physically demanding outdoor work (advantageous but not essential)
  
  
• Reliable transport to and from depot for early starts
  
  
• Physically fit: capable of running/walking up to 15-20 km and lifting bins up to 30 kg
  
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
  
  
• Safety-focused and able to follow WHS procedures
  
  
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
