In this role, you’ll play a key part in enhancing and managing our custom built in-house CRM system. We're seeking a proactive problem solver with strong software development experience, ready to take ownership of a mature system - designing improvements, implementing new features, and ensuring its optimal performance.

Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain new features for a construction CRM platform

Work with MS SQL Server to develop and optimize databases for performance and scalability

Contribute to the entire technology stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code to ensure the reliability and performance

The successful candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience of developing scheduler/statistics system as part of CRM

Proven experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js libraries / frameworks

Familiarity with MS SQL Server

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and implementing new technologies
