How you'll contribute:
This isn't a role with a neat checklist of responsibilities. It's agile, demanding, and will evolve based on the most critical needs of the business. We're looking for a creative problem-solver who can operate with a high degree of autonomy. You'll be expected to identify problems, explore solutions, and own the outcome, working on a mostly green-fields tech stack with minimal red tape.

What your first year could look like..
Your work will be dynamic, but the mission is clear: to build the technology that powers and scales our business. While this begins with data, it won't end there.

• You'll lay the technical foundations. Your initial focus will be on solving our core data challenges. This means architecting and building the systems that acquire, process, and manage the high-quality data that fuels our trading models.
• You'll build autonomous systems. As the data foundations are laid, you'll increasingly focus on automating key business processes. You'll have the opportunity to develop intelligent, autonomous systems that allow us to operate and scale with speed and efficiency.
• You'll create internal tools. As needs pop up, you'll build the internal applications, dashboards, and tooling the team needs to make better decisions, monitor performance, and run the business more effectively.
• You'll drive technological innovation. You will constantly be expected to explore and leverage new technologies, especially AI, to find a better way to do things and keep our systems at the cutting edge.
• Your role will expand. As a core member of the team, you won't be siloed. This is just the start, and your responsibilities will naturally grow into new and challenging domains as the company scales.

You'll also need to prove your impact across:

• Programming for Data: You write clean, efficient Python (or similar) code that's maintainable and scalable.
• Data Acquisition: You have real experience overcoming tricky web scraping and data extraction challenges.
• Cloud Infrastructure: You've deployed and managed infrastructure on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• AI-Driven Workflow: You practically apply AI tools to boost your productivity and effectiveness.
