About The Role

We are looking for team members who want to find a home, where you will be supported to learn and grow in an inclusive and fun environment. This is a full-time role that will require you to work across two convenient locations – Carrum Downs and Rowville, both of which are easily accessible by public transport.

You will facilitate in-clinical consultation for a range of clients including orthopaedics, general musculoskeletal, sports injuries, NDIS clients, chronic disease management, women's/men's health, pulmonary rehabilitation, and functional capacity assessments.

You will have one goal, supporting clients to reach their health goals. Whether you're an experienced practitioner or a recent graduate, we welcome your application to be part of our thriving clinic.

As a Physiotherapist at Back In Motion, you will be responsible for:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.

Providing a holistic approach to client care via the identification of underlying injury causes with a focus on optimal lifelong physical health.

Managing and building on our large existing client base by developing a loyal caseload.

Building relationships with local referrers, including GP's, personal trainers, sporting teams and specialists.

Engaging in continuous professional development and contributing to our clinic's growth.

Who You Are

Physiotherapy-degree qualified.

Registered with AHPRA.

Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Great work ethic and passion for optimal health in clients.

Punctual, organised, motivated and proactive with a high EQ.
