What You’ll Do
• Provide prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inbound sales enquiries and listen closely to our clients to understand their needs and provide product/service recommendations.
• Create and send proposals and execute phone call follow ups for proposals and payments.
• Keep your finger on the pulse, proactively seeking out new opportunities with outreach to potential customers.
• Resolve inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Share accurate information about our products and services.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our service.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
• Skilled and confident in using phone calls as the primary method of communication, both for making and receiving calls
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to foster positive working relationships.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable using computers and customer service software.
• Naturally curious and driven by a continuous desire to learn and grow
