Your Role

As a Dispensary Technician, you will support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy and safety, and delivering compassionate care to our patients. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the dispensary and building lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications accurately using FRED Next dispense software in line with legal and professional standards

Engage with patients courteously and confidentially to provide patient centred health care advice

Receive orders, maintain stock levels and CONSIS robot ensuring medications are stored and handled correctly

Support with administrative and organizational tasks as required

Process transactions at the till where necessary

Previous experience (required)

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Proven ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively

Quick to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced, community-focused environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A caring and respectful attitude towards patients and colleagues

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
