Qualified Arborist – Team Leader/Climber

Rennie Bros Tree Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Team Leader to step into a key leadership role. If you’re Cert III qualified in Arboriculture, love leading from the front, have experience running crews and are a competent climber, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll need:

Minimum Certificate III in Arboriculture

Team leadership experience in tree work

Truck licence (MR or HR) preferred

EWP ticket highly desirable

Climbing skills and rigging experience

Strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality

Your role:
You’ll be leading one of our core crews, running daily operations onsite, ensuring safety and quality, and mentoring younger team members. Whether it's a tough crane job or storm clean up, you’ll help keep things moving.
