Ripley Valley State Secondary College opened in 2020 and welcomed our first cohort of year 12's in 2024. The College has over 1250 students in 2025 and will reach a planned capacity of approximately 2000 in coming years. Since our inception, the College has quickly established a reputation for high expectations, innovation, inclusion and connection to community.

Teachers joining the College must have exceptional relational skills, be driven to build a positive, welcoming and supportive learning culture, demonstrate deep use of evidence-based practice, and be willing and able to commit to the college's development and growth.

Ripley Valley SSC is seeking an innovative and dedicated teacher to lead the College's eSports Academy to continue the development and growth of our current programs which have produced Regional, State and National Champions. Successful applicants will be dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative in their approach to delivering the Australian and QCAA senior curriculum and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.

While we are seeking a teacher with experience in the Digital Technology subject area, we welcome applications for other teaching areas due to increased enrolment growth and future demand for all subject areas.
