High earnings, no limit — keep 60% of your billings, with realistic take-home of $135/hour ($4,000+/week for 30 hours)

Guaranteed income while you build — we’ll pay you a weekly retainer of $1000 for a minimum number of hours for 8 weeks or until the 60 percent surpassed the retainer and will then stay on the 60/40 split thereafter.

No overheads, no stress — we supply the clients, marketing, admin, booking systems consumables & all clinic costs — so you can focus on treating and earning

Who We’re Looking For

A senior physiotherapist with 3+ years private practice experience

Special interest in musculoskeletal & sports injuries (dry needling skills highly valued)

Confident in building strong local referrer relationships with GPs, specialists & trainers

Self-motivated and proactive — excited to grow your own client base inside a reputable brand

Friendly, upbeat personality with a reliable and punctual attitude

Accredited AHPRA registration and unrestricted Australian working rights and insurance
