More & More Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and capable Senior Warehouse Assistant to join our small but growing team. You'll work across our two eCommerce brands—The Landscape Store and CaravanMods.com.au—and help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, full-time role best suited to someone who already has solid experience in a warehouse environment and is confident working with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders

Receive and process incoming stock deliveries

Maintain a clean, well-organised, and safe warehouse environment

Assist with stock counts and inventory accuracy

Manual handling - Loading/unloading shelves with heavy product or .

Support junior team members when needed

Contribute to process improvements and efficiency

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have at least 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience

Are confident working independently and solving day-to-day problems on the go

Have excellent attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Are physically fit and capable of regular lifting and manual handling

Are organised, punctual, and a strong communicator

Have a forklift license (preferred but not essential)

Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a tight-knit team

Role Details:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (7am–3pm)

Hourly rate: $32-37/hour, rate to vary depending on experience & competence

Located in Artarmon industrial zone (street parking + close to Pacific Hwy buses and Artarmon Station)

Reporting to the business owners, with support from our Warehouse Lead

Located in Artarmon industrial zone, 3 minutes walk from Bus Stops on Pacific Hwy, 15 minute walk from Artarmon Train Station. Street parking available in the surrounding streets
