What we’re looking for:

Willingness to do physical, hands-on and work outdoors

Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Interest in soft landscape construction and horticultural environments

Ready to complete a 3–4 year apprenticeship

Driver’s licence (or close to obtaining one)

Ability to obtain a National Police Check

What you’ll learn as an ANL Landscape Construction Apprentice:

Planting plants, tree planting, and mulching

Soil improvement and turf installation

Paving, retaining walls and edging

Irrigation basics and water-wise systems

Use of construction tools, machinery, and safety protocols

Reading site plans, set-outs and following staging schedules
