Join a growing organisation with big ambitions for AI. This newly created role offers the opportunity to drive automation and AI innovation across multiple business units within a large, complex company operating in the infrastructure and construction sector.
You’ll work hands-on with the latest frameworks, tools, and platforms such as LangChain, AutoGen, Azure AI, and open-source LLMs to deliver AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into operational systems. You'll collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, design fit-for-purpose models and agents, and drive adoption across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify and prioritise AI/automation opportunities across business functions.
• Design and deliver production-ready AI solutions, including multi-agent workflows.
• Integrate AI into existing systems via APIs, event streams, and dashboards.
• Monitor performance, retrain models, and continuously improve outputs.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and contribute to internal capability building.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience developing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong Python development skills and experience with CI/CD and MLOps.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure AI, GitHub, Bedrock) and AI orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen, Power Platform, etc.)
• Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, privacy, and ethical frameworks.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure industries.
• Knowledge of HeyGen, video/voice AI tools, or agentic design patterns.
