About the Role

Eleanora, Ballarat’s newest dining installation is seeking an experienced hospitality enthusiast to join our Front of House team as a section waiter. This position is crucial in driving the dining experience for our guests, sharing the best of the kitchen, bar and cellar with poise and professionalism. Ideal candidates will have experience working within a high-quality venue, with good knowledge of food and wine.

Eleanora offers breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and dinner on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, with functions and events throughout the year.

Qualifications & Experience

Must be available for dinner services Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

A minimum of two years’ experience working in an a la carte restaurant environment as a section waiter, providing full table and wine service.

Experience using Seven Rooms is advantageous.

A keen interest in food and knowledge of basic wine varietals.

A passion to provide outstanding service and a memorable customer experience by demonstrating a professional approach and displaying initiative and genuine hospitality.

A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.

Three plate carry.

Availability

Wednesday to Sunday from 11am as required. Full weekend availability is essential for this role.
