New Graduate Support

If you have recently graduated, or are within your first year of experience, you will be eligible for our 24-month New Graduate Support Pathway. Through this program you will gain key skills and learning opportunities through:

An allocated supervisor; weekly for the first 3 months, then fortnightly for the following 3 months,

Monthly clinical education with senior practitioners,

Access to our library of online workshops which cover a wide breadth of skills and knowledge

Graded increase in caseload starting from 50% capacity.

Internal training workshops provided to the team

Monthly team meetings

Access to senior of the day and manager of the day for adhoc questions as needed a clear career advancement pathway.

Qualifications and requirements needed.

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy

Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA

An insured car and license

A National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearing or willingness to obtain one before commencement.

A high level of written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

Experience in working with children

Camp and/or therapy intensive model experiences
